WEEKLY VOCABULARY

Instructions:
1.       On a lined piece of paper write down the assignment title (Vocabulary List 1) on the upper left hand side of the page and your name, date, and core on the upper right.
2.       Write each vocabulary word on its own line.
3.       Use a dictionary to write the meaning of each word beside the word.
4.       Skip a line and the write: Vocabulary sentences.
5.       Write fifteen sentences.  Each sentence has to use at least one vocabulary word.  You may not use the same word more than three times.
6.       Use a highlighter to highlight the vocabulary words in your sentences.
7.       Pick two of your vocabulary words.  For each word, draw a picture that also shows the meaning of the word.  You may use the space below or a new page.
